30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

One-Year Product Warranty:

In addition to your statutory warranty, Clowas offers a one-year voluntary warranty from the date of delivery. If the product develops a fault due to a manufacturing or quality-related issue within one year, we will replace it with a new product free of charge.
Please note: warranty shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, external factors, or unauthorised modifications.
To apply for warranty service, please contact our customer service team. Once the issue has been verified, we will determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

Initiating a Return

Return Eligibility

All items are eligible for return. Personalized items, and items on sale are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Additionally, to complete your return, we may require proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after making your purchase. If payment has been processed and the parcel has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel the order before it is shipped, and we will issue a full refund. Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellations won't be issued.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. lf your return meets our eligibility conditions, you will receive a full refund.
