We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@clowas.co.uk within 30 days from receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the items you would like to return. Our customer support team will guide you through the returning process.

Return Eligibility

All items are eligible for return. Personalized items, and items on sale are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Additionally, to complete your return, we may require proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team at support@clowas.co.uk. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@clowas.co.uk with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the damage and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted officially. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@clowas.co.uk.
