In addition to your statutory warranty, Clowas offers a two-year voluntary warranty from the date of delivery. If the product develops a fault due to a manufacturing or quality-related issue within two years, we will replace it with a new product free of charge.

Please note: warranty shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, external factors, or unauthorised modifications.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Eligibility

All items are eligible for return. Personalized items, and items on sale are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Additionally, to complete your return, we may require proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Return Shipping
